1. Eligibility

Anyone may book an appointment at Sparsh Care. Appointments for minors or individuals unable to provide consent must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. Sparsh Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading or incomplete information.

3. User Conduct

When using Sparsh Care, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or incomplete patient information when booking an appointment
• Harass, threaten or abuse our doctors, nursing staff or other personnel
• Use the platform for any commercial, promotional or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other patients' accounts, records or data
• Create multiple or duplicate accounts for deceptive purposes

4. Medical Treatment & Care

Treatment is provided at our hospital by qualified doctors and nursing staff, following standard hygiene and safety protocols. Accurate diagnosis and treatment depend on correct patient information, timely communication and adherence to any pre-visit or pre-procedure instructions provided to you.

5. Emergency Situations

This website and any online booking facility are not intended for use in medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please call our emergency helpline immediately or proceed directly to our emergency department.

6. Fees and Payments

Consultation and treatment charges are communicated clearly before your visit wherever possible. Payments can be made via cash, card or UPI, and are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law.

7. Appointment Scheduling

Estimated appointment and consultation times are provided at the time of booking but may vary depending on doctor availability, patient load, or unforeseen circumstances. Sparsh Care will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sparsh Care website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Sparsh Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Suspension & Termination

Sparsh Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other patients or the hospital.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sparsh Care is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided without an appropriate in-person medical consultation. Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Sparsh Care after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
